Once you are logged in to Digital Showroom, you land on the product gallery of your current portfolio. This article introduces the main areas of the Digital Showroom interface so you can find your way around quickly.
Product gallery
The product gallery is the main view in Digital Showroom. It displays all products available in your current portfolio. From here you can browse, search, filter, and select products.

Navigation bar
The navigation bar is the horizontal bar at the top of the Digital Showroom screen. It stays visible as you navigate through Digital Showroom and contains the following elements:
- Logo: Your organization's logo (or the default Digital Showroom logo) is displayed on the left. Click it to return to the product gallery.
- Portfolio selector: Displays the name of your current portfolio with a book icon. Click it to switch between portfolios.
- Search bar: A search field in the navigation bar where you can type keywords to find products.
- Locale selector: Lets you change the catalog locale, which controls both the product data language (labels, descriptions, and other translatable attributes) and the Digital Showroom interface language.
- Currency selector: Lets you change the currency used to display product prices.
- User menu: Located in the top-right corner, gives you access to your exports, admin mode (administrators only), and the option to sign out.

Category bar
Below the navigation bar, the Digital Showroom category bar displays the top-level categories from your portfolio's category tree. Use it to quickly navigate products by category.
- Click a top-level category to expand it and see its subcategories in a dropdown panel.
- Click a subcategory to filter the product gallery to show only products in that category.
- If there are more categories than fit on screen, a Show more button appears at the end of the bar to reveal the remaining categories.
The categories available in the category bar are determined by the portfolio configuration set by your administrator.
Portfolio selector
The portfolio selector in the Digital Showroom navigation bar lets you switch between portfolios if you have access to more than one.
- Click the portfolio name in the navigation bar. It is displayed with a book icon and a chevron indicating a dropdown.
- A dropdown appears showing your current portfolio at the top, followed by all other available portfolios.
- Click a portfolio name to switch to it.
The product gallery updates immediately to show the products from the selected portfolio.

If you only have access to one portfolio, the portfolio selector displays its name but no other portfolios to switch to.

User menu
The user menu in Digital Showroom is located in the top-right corner of the navigation bar. Click your avatar to open it. The menu includes:
- Switch to admin mode / Switch to user mode (administrators only): Toggle between the administration area and the product browsing interface.
- My exports: Go to the exports page to view and download your generated PDF exports.
- Sign out: Sign out of Digital Showroom.

Locale selector
The locale selector in Digital Showroom controls both the product data language and the interface language with a single setting. Changing the locale:
- Updates product names, descriptions, and attribute values throughout the gallery and product detail pages.

Switches the Digital Showroom interface (menus, buttons, labels, and system messages) to the corresponding language, if a translation is available for that language.

Click the locale selector in the top-right area of the navigation bar. It displays the current locale as a short code (for example, "EN" or "FR").
- A dropdown appears listing all available catalog locales. You can type in the search field to filter the list.
- Click the locale you want to use.
The product gallery and product details update immediately to reflect the selected locale.

The available locales depend on the channel configured for your portfolio. If you do not see the locale you need, contact your administrator.

Currency selector
The currency selector in Digital Showroom controls which currency is used to display product prices.
- Click the currency selector in the top-right area of the navigation bar, next to the locale selector. It displays the current currency code (for example, "EUR" or "USD").
- A dropdown appears listing all available currencies. You can type in the search field to filter the list.
- Click the currency you want to use.
Product prices throughout the gallery and product details update to reflect the selected currency.

The available currencies depend on your portfolio's channel configuration. If no currencies are configured for the portfolio, the currency selector is hidden and all price values are displayed as-is.
