Log in to Digital Showroom

Summary

Log In to Digital Showroom

Ready to explore your product catalog? This article walks you through logging in to Digital Showroom for the first time and on subsequent visits, whether you use email/password credentials or Single Sign-On (SSO).

Log In Without SSO

First Login via Invitation

Your administrator will send you an invitation email to join Digital Showroom. Here is how to get started:

  1. Open the invitation email and click on the link provided.

  1. You are redirected to a page where you can create your account credentials (email and password).
  2. Fill in the required fields and submit the form.
  3. Once your account is created, you are automatically logged in and redirected to your first available portfolio.

Note: The invitation link expires after a limited time. If your link has expired, ask your administrator to resend the invitation.

Log In with Email and Password

Once your account is created, you can log in at any time:

  1. Go to the Digital Showroom login page.
  2. Enter your Email and Password.
  3. Click on Log in.

After logging in, you are redirected to the product gallery of your first available portfolio.

Log In with SSO

If your organization has configured Single Sign-On (SSO), you can authenticate with your corporate credentials instead of a separate email and password.

  1. Go to the Digital Showroom login page.
  2. Click on the SSO button.
  3. You are redirected to your corporate identity provider (for example, Okta, Azure AD, or Google Workspace).
  4. Authenticate with your corporate credentials.
  5. Once authenticated, you are redirected back to Digital Showroom.
Tip: If you are already logged in to your corporate identity provider, the SSO login may be automatic — you will be redirected to Digital Showroom without needing to enter your credentials again.

After Logging In

After a successful login, Digital Showroom redirects you to the product gallery of your first available portfolio. From there, you can start browsing products, searching the catalog, or switching to a different portfolio.

Note: If you see a message indicating that you do not have access to any portfolio, contact your administrator. They will need to assign you to a user group that has access to at least one portfolio.
