Log in to Digital Showroom
This article explains how to log in to Digital Showroom for the first time and on subsequent visits. Digital Showroom supports two authentication methods: email and password, and Single Sign-On (SSO) via a SAML2 identity provider.
Log in without SSO
First login via invitation
To access Digital Showroom for the first time, you need an invitation email sent by your administrator.
- Open the invitation email and click the link it contains.

The screenshot above shows a Digital Showroom invitation email with an activation link.
- You are redirected to an account creation page where you can set your Email and Password.
- Fill in the required fields and submit the form.
- Once your account is created, you are automatically logged in and redirected to the product gallery of your first available portfolio.

The invitation link expires after a limited time. If your link has expired, ask your administrator to resend the invitation from Admin > Users. See Manage Users for details.
Log in with email and password
Once your account is created, you can log in to Digital Showroom at any time:
- Go to the Digital Showroom login page.
- Enter your Email and Password.
- Click Log in.
After logging in, Digital Showroom redirects you to the product gallery of your first available portfolio.
Log in with SSO
If your organization has configured Single Sign-On (SSO) with a SAML2 identity provider (such as Okta, Azure AD, or Google Workspace), you can authenticate with your corporate credentials instead of a separate email and password.
- Go to the Digital Showroom login page.
- Click the SSO button.
- You are redirected to your corporate identity provider.
- Authenticate with your corporate credentials.
- Once authenticated, you are redirected back to Digital Showroom.
If you are already signed in to your identity provider, the SSO login may happen automatically — you are redirected to Digital Showroom without being prompted to enter credentials again.
SSO users are provisioned automatically based on their identity provider group membership. No manual invitation is required. See Set up SSO for how administrators configure SSO and group mapping.
After logging in
After a successful login, Digital Showroom redirects you to the product gallery of your first available portfolio. From there, you can browse products, search the catalog, or switch to a different portfolio. See Switch portfolio for details.
If Digital Showroom displays a message saying you do not have access to any portfolio, contact your administrator. They need to assign you to a user group that has access to at least one portfolio.
