To switch portfolios in Digital Showroom, use the portfolio selector in the navigation bar.
- Click on the portfolio name in the top navigation bar. The portfolio selector is displayed with a book icon and up-down arrows.
- A dropdown menu appears showing your currently active portfolio at the top, followed by all other portfolios you have access to, sorted alphabetically.
- Click on the portfolio you want to switch to.

You are immediately redirected to the product gallery of the selected portfolio.
If you only have access to one portfolio, the portfolio selector still displays the portfolio name but no other portfolios appear in the dropdown.
What changes when you switch portfolios
When you switch to a different portfolio in Digital Showroom, the following elements update to reflect the new portfolio's configuration:
- Product gallery: The products displayed correspond to the new portfolio's product selection and root category.
- Categories: The category tree in the sidebar reflects the new portfolio's category hierarchy.
- Filters: The available attribute filters change based on the new portfolio's filter configuration.
- Locales: The available catalog locales may change depending on the new portfolio's channel settings.
- Currencies: The available currencies may change depending on the new portfolio's channel settings.
- Product details: Featured attributes, product grid columns, and product detail pages reflect the new portfolio's display settings.
Your search query and active filters are reset when you switch portfolios, since the available filters and products may differ between portfolios.
Your product selection for PDF export is also cleared when you switch portfolios, as products belong to specific portfolios.
