A portfolio in Digital Showroom is a curated selection of products shared with specific user groups. Each portfolio is linked to one PIM channel and has its own configuration for locales, currencies, and product display — letting you tailor the browsing experience for different audiences. For example, one portfolio for your European sales team with French and German locales, and another for your North American team with English and USD pricing.

Preview a portfolio
In Digital Showroom, you can preview what end users will see without leaving the admin area:
- Open a portfolio for editing by clicking on it in the portfolios list.
- Click the Preview Portfolio button at the top of the page.
- A new browser tab opens showing the portfolio as an end user would see it.
This lets you check your configuration before assigning the portfolio to user groups.
Make sure you are assigned to at least one user group with access to the portfolio to be able to preview it.
Duplicate a portfolio
To create a portfolio with similar settings in Digital Showroom, you can duplicate an existing one instead of starting from scratch:
- Go to Admin > Portfolios.
- On the portfolio row, click the Duplicate portfolio icon on the right side of the row.
- A new portfolio is created with the same settings as the original, and you are redirected to its edit page.
- Update the name and adjust any settings as needed.
- Click Save to confirm your changes.
Duplicating a portfolio copies all settings including channel, locales, currencies, user groups, root category, attribute selection, filters, grid columns, product details configuration, and export settings. This is useful when you need multiple portfolios with slight variations.
Delete a portfolio
To permanently remove a portfolio from Digital Showroom:
- Go to Admin > Portfolios.
- On the portfolio row, click the Delete portfolio icon on the right side of the row.
- A confirmation dialog appears showing the name of the portfolio you are about to delete.
- Click Delete to confirm.
Deleting a portfolio is permanent and cannot be undone. All users assigned to this portfolio through its user groups immediately lose access to the products it contained.
