Portfolio Settings
This is the "ID card" and security gate for your portfolio. Use this section to define basic identity, access, and the overall product pool.

At the portfolio creation, you already filled some information. You can update them from this page.
- Portfolio Name: Enter a unique name to identify your portfolio; the system checks availability in real-time.
- Channel: Choose a PIM channel to determine which locales and currencies are available for this portfolio.
- Locales & Currencies: Select the specific languages and pricing data you want end users to see.
Beyond the initial identity of the portfolio, you can also define who can access your content and control exactly which products are included by using the options below.
- User Groups: Assign which groups have permission to access this specific portfolio.
- Product Filters: Add up to 10 attribute-based rules to define the total pool of products included in the portfolio.
How to configure Product Filters?
You can add attribute-based filters on the Portfolio Settings tab to further refine which products are included in the portfolio. These filters are applied at the catalog level and determine the total pool of products available to end users.
- Go to Admin > Portfolios and click on the portfolio you want to configure.
- In the left sidebar, click on Portfolio Settings.
- Scroll down to the Filters section.
- Click Add filter to add a new filter rule.
- For each filter rule, configure:
- Attribute — Select the attribute you want to filter on. Attributes are grouped by their attribute group for easy browsing. You can search for an attribute by name.
- Operator — Select the comparison operator (the available operators depend on the attribute type).
- Value — Enter or select the filter value.
- You can add up to 10 filter rules. The counter next to the section title shows how many you have used.
- To remove a filter rule, click the X button on the right side of the rule.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
