Export Products to PDF
Digital Showroom lets you generate PDF documents from your product selection, making it easy to share product information with colleagues or clients offline. You can select up to 100 products, give your export a name, and generate a ready-to-download PDF in just a few steps.
Select Products
Before you can create a PDF export, you need to select the products you want to include.
- Go to the product gallery for your active portfolio.
- Use the checkboxes on each product card to select the products you want to export. You can select products individually or browse through categories and add them as you go.
- As you select products, a selection banner appears at the bottom of the screen showing how many products are currently selected (e.g., "3 products selected").
- When you are satisfied with your selection, click Export selection in the selection banner.

Configure Your Export
Once you click Export selection, you are taken to the Export Products page where you can review and configure your export before generating it.
- Review the list of selected products displayed on the page. You can remove individual products from the selection if needed.
- Enter a name in the Export name field. A default name based on the current date and time is pre-filled, but you can change it to something more descriptive (e.g., "Spring Collection 2026" or "Client meeting - March").
- Click Generate PDF to start the export.

What Happens Next
After you click Generate PDF, Digital Showroom processes your export in the background. You do not need to stay on the page — feel free to continue browsing products, switch portfolios, or perform other tasks while the export is being generated.
The PDF is generated based on your portfolio's configuration:
- Product sorting: Your administrator configures a default sort order for exports. Products can be sorted by selection order (the order you selected them), alphabetically by label (A-Z or Z-A), or by category (A-Z or Z-A).
- Cover page: If your administrator has uploaded a cover PDF for the portfolio, it will automatically appear as the first page of your export.
- Product details: The PDF includes the product attributes configured by your administrator, such as featured attributes, images, and other product information.
- Locale: The PDF uses the catalog locale that was active when you generated the export, so product names, descriptions, and attribute values reflect that language.
Once the export is complete, you can find it in the My Exports page. See Manage Your Exports for details on downloading and managing your exports.
