To access Supplier Data Manager (SDM), you need a user account. An organization administrator must invite you before you can log in for the first time.
How to log in
The Supplier Data Manager login page appears automatically when you are not authenticated. Depending on your organization's configuration, you have two ways to authenticate:
- Email and password (standard login): Enter your email address and password, then click LOGIN.
- Single Sign-On (SSO): If your organization has SSO enabled, click LOGIN WITH SSO to authenticate using your corporate identity provider. If your organization has configured automatic SSO redirection, you are redirected to your identity provider as soon as you visit the login page — no button click required. See Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) for details.
Check Remember me on this computer to stay signed in across browser sessions.
SSO for Supplier Data Manager is configured separately from Akeneo PIM SSO. If your organization already uses SSO for Akeneo PIM, a separate SSO setup is required for SDM.

Reset your password
If you have forgotten your Supplier Data Manager password:
- On the login page, click Forgot your password ?.
- Enter your email address.
- Click REQUEST NEW PASSWORD.
A password reset link is sent to your email address. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.
