This page covers how to sign in to Supplier Data Manager (SDM) on a tenant migrated to Akeneo Product Cloud authentication, on a legacy tenant, and how to reset your password in either case. To access Supplier Data Manager, you need a user account — an organization administrator must invite you before you can log in for the first time.
Akeneo Product Cloud authentication is rolled out per tenant during the Early Access program. Reach out to your Akeneo contact if you're interested in trying it out. Tenants that have not been enabled continue to use the legacy Supplier Data Manager login described later on this page.
Log in to Supplier Data Manager with the Akeneo Product Cloud
Akeneo Product Cloud authentication uses a single email address and password to access every Akeneo product your organization has provisioned for you, including Supplier Data Manager, Akeneo PIM, and others. On tenants enabled for Akeneo Product Cloud authentication, opening your Supplier Data Manager URL automatically redirects you to the Akeneo Product Cloud login page.
Sign in on the Akeneo Product Cloud login page
- Open your Supplier Data Manager URL.
- Click Log in with Akeneo Product Cloud [BETA].
- You are redirected to the Akeneo Product Cloud login page.
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Enter your password and click Login.
You are then redirected to Supplier Data Manager and signed in.

Your first sign-in to Supplier Data Manager through the Akeneo Product Cloud
The first time you sign in to Supplier Data Manager through the Akeneo Product Cloud login page, your existing Supplier Data Manager credentials are used to verify your identity. Akeneo Product Cloud authentication then asks you to confirm your email address before completing your sign-in. After this one-time confirmation, your email address becomes your sign-in identifier across all Akeneo products; you continue to use your existing Supplier Data Manager password until you change it.
- Open your Supplier Data Manager URL. You are redirected to the Akeneo Product Cloud login page.
- Enter your existing Supplier Data Manager email in the Email field and click Continue.
- Enter your current Supplier Data Manager password and click Login.
- On the Confirm your email address screen, enter the work email you want to use across all Akeneo products and click Confirm & Continue.
- On the Check your inbox screen, open the verification email Akeneo just sent and click the verification link inside. If the email does not arrive, use the Resend button on the Check your inbox screen (limited to three attempts).
- Return to the browser tab where you started the sign-in and click Continue. You are signed in to Supplier Data Manager.

Forgot your Akeneo Product Cloud password
To reset the password used by the Akeneo Product Cloud, click Forgot your password? on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the reset link sent to your inbox. For step-by-step instructions, see Reset your password.
Log in with the legacy Supplier Data Manager login
If your tenant has not yet been enabled for Akeneo Product Cloud authentication, you continue to use the legacy Supplier Data Manager login page. The legacy page offers two ways to authenticate, depending on your organization's configuration.
- Email and password (standard login): Enter your email address and password, then click LOGIN.
Check Remember me on this computer to stay signed in across browser sessions.

Reset your legacy Supplier Data Manager password
If you have forgotten your legacy Supplier Data Manager password and your tenant has not been migrated to Akeneo Product Cloud authentication:
- On the legacy Supplier Data Manager login page, click Forgot your password?.
- Enter your email address.
- Click REQUEST NEW PASSWORD.
A password reset link is sent to your email address. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.

What to do if you cannot sign in to Supplier Data Manager
If you reach an error while signing in to Supplier Data Manager:
- Verify that you are using the email address associated with your Supplier Data Manager account. The Akeneo Product Cloud matches accounts by email.
- If you have just been migrated to Akeneo Product Cloud authentication, make sure you have clicked the verification link in the email Akeneo sent on your first sign-in.
- If you have access to multiple Akeneo products, your accounts may need to be linked. See Link your Akeneo accounts.
