In Supplier Data Manager, you can invite team members to your organization, update their access levels, and remove them when needed. Only users with administrator access can manage other users.
User types in Supplier Data Manager
Supplier Data Manager has two access levels within an organization:
- An administrator can change workflow settings and invite new members.
- A member cannot modify workflow settings and can only view the members of their organization.
View the list of users
To view all users in your Supplier Data Manager organization:
- Go to Organisation.
- Click the Team tab.
Use the filters or the search bar above the user list to narrow the results.

Add a user
To invite new users to your Supplier Data Manager organization, you must have administrator access.
- Go to Organisation and click the Invitation tab.
- Enter the email address of the member(s) you want to invite. They will receive a personalized link to create their profiles.
- Click Send invitations.
There is a limit of 100 pending invitations per organization. Attempting to exceed this limit returns an error.
Only users with administrator access can invite new users.

Change a member's access level
To update a user's access level in Supplier Data Manager, you must have administrator access.
- Go to Organisation and click the Team tab.
- Click the Access level button for the member you want to update.
- Choose between two options:
- administrator
- member
Only an administrator can change the access levels of other members.

Remove a user
To remove a user from your Supplier Data Manager organization, you must have administrator access.
Remove a member
- Go to Organisation and click the Team tab.
- Click the access level status of the member you want to remove. A dialog opens.
- Click Remove from team.
Remove an administrator
You cannot directly remove a user who has administrator access. First downgrade their access level to member, then remove them.
- Go to Organisation and click the Team tab.
- Click the access level status of the administrator you want to remove. A dialog opens.
- Change their access level to member.
- Click their status again to reopen the dialog.
- Click Remove from team.
