We're thrilled to announce that we've upgraded our AI model to ChatGPT 4o Mini, offering a significant boost in translation quality, including more accurate handling of challenging languages like Arabic. 
Plus, we've massively increased the prompt size limit from 4k to around 500k characters, making translations faster and more efficient. This update ensures our customers can enrich their product data more precisely and quickly.

Simplify Assignments with "Assign All Required Attributes" in Collaboration Workflows

We’re happy to introduce a new enhancement to Collaboration Workflows: the ability to assign "All Required Attributes" directly within the Workflow’s step form (Workflows > Settings > Step settings). 
Previously, assigning attributes relied heavily on the PIM admin’s deep knowledge of family structures, with manual assignment of attribute groups or individual attributes. 
This new option streamlines the process, automatically assigning all required attributes, while still allowing additional individual attributes to be added as needed. 
This improvement helps customers save time and reduce errors, particularly during migrations and more complex enrichment workflows.

Effortlessly Move Product Models to New Families

We’re excited to introduce a new feature that allows you to move product models to a new family or family variant using a dedicated import profile, "Move product model family in CSV". 
This streamlined process enables you to adjust your product models while maintaining consistency, particularly for models with similar configurations (such as variant axes and levels). While this functionality is currently exclusive to import profiles and not available via the UI, it offers greater flexibility in product model management. 

New Admin Control: Delete Views & Projects Created by others

We're pleased to introduce a highly requested enhancement that gives admins more significant control over managing public views and projects. 
With new user role permissions, admins can now delete any public view or project, regardless of who originally created it. This update solves a long-standing issue where only the creator had deletion rights, which caused challenges when users left the company. Admins can now effortlessly clean up views and projects, taking ownership of any remaining assets when a user is removed.

Seamless Import of Enriched Categories via Flat Files

We’re pleased to introduce the ability to import Enriched Categories into Akeneo PIM using flat files (XLSX & CSV). This new import feature streamlines data migration, allowing users to easily upload enriched category values—including images—through a zipped archive. With both export and import capacities now available for Enriched Categories, managing and enhancing your category data has never been easier. 

Cleaner Dashboard Experience: Auto-Hide Projects Widget

We're happy to share an improvement to the Activity Dashboard: the Projects widget will now automatically hide if there are no active projects in the PIM. This update provides a cleaner, more relevant dashboard experience, making it easier for users to focus on active tasks. It also supports the ongoing transition from Projects (TWA) to Workflows, helping streamline adoption across teams.
