Customize Digital Showroom's navigation bar with your company logo and brand colors. Your branding appears on every page of the application, giving your team a consistent and professional experience.

Access branding settings

To open branding settings in Digital Showroom, go to Admin > Branding. The page is divided into two sections: configuration settings on the left, and a live preview of your navigation bar on the right.

Set the navigation bar color

To set the navigation bar background color in Digital Showroom:

1. Go to Admin > Branding.
2. In the Navigation bar color card, set your desired background color using one of these methods:
3. Click the color picker to visually select a color.
4. Type a hex color code directly in the text field (for example, #1A3B5C).
5. The live preview on the right updates immediately to show how the navigation bar looks with your chosen color.
6. Click Save to apply the change.

Digital Showroom automatically adjusts the navigation text and icon colors for optimal contrast against your chosen background. Dark background colors result in white text; light background colors result in black text.

Upload a logo

To upload a company logo in Digital Showroom:

1. Go to Admin > Branding.
2. In the Logo card, click the file input to select your logo file.
3. An image cropper appears, allowing you to adjust the crop area to fit the recommended dimensions.
4. Confirm the crop. A preview of your uploaded logo appears below the input.
5. Click Save to apply the change.

Your logo is displayed in the navigation bar on every page.

Logo requirements:

• Supported formats: all standard image formats (PNG, JPG, SVG, and others)
• Maximum file size: 10 MB (before cropping)
• Recommended output dimensions: 120 × 32 pixels (the cropper enforces this aspect ratio)

Remove a logo

To remove a previously uploaded logo in Digital Showroom:

1. Go to Admin > Branding.
2. In the Logo card, click Remove logo next to the logo preview.
3. Click Save to apply the change.

The navigation bar reverts to the default Digital Showroom logo.

Use the live preview

The right side of the Digital Showroom branding page shows a live preview that updates in real time as you make changes. The preview includes:

• Your logo (or the default Digital Showroom logo if none is uploaded)
• The navigation bar background color
• Sample navigation items with automatically adjusted text color
• A sample content area showing the overall page appearance

You can verify the final result before clicking Save.

Reset to default branding

To revert all branding settings to the original Digital Showroom defaults:

1. Go to Admin > Branding.
2. Click Reset to default.
3. The navigation bar color resets to #230052 and any uploaded logo is removed.
4. Click Save to apply the changes.
