How can I see the jobs and portals of other members of my team?

In Supplier Data Manager, the Jobs tab pre-filters the job list by your name as Last Editor by default, so you only see jobs you have worked on. To view jobs created or edited by other team members, you need to clear or change that filter.

Viewing all jobs in Supplier Data Manager

In Supplier Data Manager, go to your project and open the Jobs tab. The job list is automatically filtered by Last Editor set to your name. To see jobs from all team members, clear your name from the Last Editor filter. You can also filter by Created by to find jobs submitted by a specific user or through a specific supplier portal.

The screenshot above shows the Jobs tab in Supplier Data Manager with the Last Editor filter applied, limiting results to jobs last edited by the current user. Clearing the filter reveals all jobs in the project.

The Jobs tab includes two user-based filters: Last Editor (who last worked on the job) and Created by (who submitted the job, or which supplier portal the job came from). Only Last Editor is pre-set to your name by default. Your filter preferences are saved automatically in your browser, so they persist across sessions.

Viewing all supplier accesses in Supplier Data Manager

In Supplier Data Manager, go to your project and open the Supplier access tab. Unlike the Jobs tab, the Supplier access tab displays all supplier accesses by default — no pre-filter is applied. To narrow the list to portals owned by or created by a specific team member, use the Creator filter in the search bar.
