This month brings several enhancements across navigation, search, exports, and product editing—helping you find what you need faster, work with greater confidence, and keep your product data better governed.

👀 A Smoother, Smarter PIM Experience

Small UX improvements, fewer clicks, less searching.

• 🧩 See variant results consolidated by Product Model
  The Advanced Product Grid introduces a new “Consolidated by Model” display mode. Search and filter across products, sub-models and variants while viewing results grouped at the Product Model level, with a new Matches indicator showing how many items within each hierarchy match your criteria. Perfect for navigating large, complex catalogs without getting lost in individual variants.

• 🔎 Search product information, not just attributes
  Search in the Advanced Product Edit Form now goes deeper: in addition to attribute labels and codes, you can search directly for attribute values. Results update across attribute groups as you type, while Matches Only mode, result counts and keyboard navigation help you jump straight to the information you need. No more endless scrolling through complex product forms.
• 🧭 See everywhere an attribute is used—in one place
  Rules are now integrated directly into the attribute Usage tab, alongside Families, Variant Axes, Catalogs, AI Configurations, Readiness and other dependencies. One place to understand exactly where an attribute is being used before you modify it.

• 🔄 Stay up to date while you work
  The Product Edit Form now automatically detects product updates made elsewhere—from imports and APIs to triggered rules—while you're working. New values refresh automatically when they don't conflict with your current edits; when they do, you stay in control and can choose whether to refresh. Less manual refreshing, less risk of working with outdated information.

• 👻 Say goodbye to “ghost” attributes in your exports
  CSV and XLSX exports can now automatically exclude values belonging to attributes that are no longer part of a product's family. Instead of manually maintaining export columns as your data model evolves, your exports can simply follow the current family model—keeping downstream files cleaner and more consistent with the data you actually govern in the PIM.
