• OR Conditions for Smarter Logic 🧠 – Simplify complex workflows and eliminate rule duplication by expressing multiple conditions naturally. Major retailers and luxury brands are already using this enhancement to reduce maintenance, accelerate updates, and keep catalogs cleaner and faster.
• Dynamic Content Generation ✨ – Personalize product descriptions automatically by inserting product information directly into templates thanks to a new action. Generate contextual, attribute-driven content like “This product is called Elegant Lamp and its color is Golden,” helping you scale engaging, accurate content across your catalog in just a few clicks.

Dynamic Content is a powerful new alternative to AI-generated content within your PIM. This new Rule Engine action lets you design exact templates where product attribute values are dynamically inserted into a target attribute — ensuring your content always follows your predefined structure, 100%.

By combining automation with full control, Dynamic Content replaces the need for complex “Concatenate,” “Copy,” or “Calculate” actions, helping teams generate consistent, accurate, and brand-aligned content effortlessly.

Smarter Imports & Exports

• Create Attribute Options During Product Import – No need to pre-create select options anymore! When importing your products, new simple or multi-select options can be generated automatically.
• Export All Reference Entities in a Single File – Export every record from all reference entities with one single export profile instead of one per entity.
• Quick Exports: Choose Locales to Be Exported – Select only the locales you need for localizable attributes instead of exporting them all by default.
• Export Products with Measurement Symbols – Choose whether to export measurement units as codes/labels (e.g., Kilogram) or symbols (e.g., kg)
• Export and Import AI Configurations – Easily replicate or migrate your AI settings between environments for consistent enrichment experiences.

More Control Over Data Quality & Modeling

• Max Number of Assets per Product – Define a limit (from 1 to 50) on how many assets can be linked to a product per asset collection attribute, ensuring consistency and governance.
• Define Invalid Characters for Text Area Attributes – Set a list of prohibited characters for text area fields—no need for complex regex! The system will automatically prevent invalid entries.
• Remove Attribute Values with Bulk Actions – Easily clear selected attribute values from multiple products or models without affecting other data.
• Preview AI Prompts Before You Automate – Instantly test and refine your AI prompts directly in the configuration screen. No need to save, switch screens, or run the Rules Engine to validate your results. Note: available only for content generation, not for translations.
• Support Media Links for Asset Extraction in AI Configurations – Extract and leverage media files directly from linked assets to enrich your product data faster.
