Configure the hosted Contributor Portal login page for all external contributors. The global settings control visual branding and the Single Sign-On (SSO) connections available across every Contributor Portal.
This feature is in early access. Reach out to your Akeneo contact if you're interested in trying it out.
Before you start
- Your role must include the Manage contributor organizations permission.
- Prepare any optional PNG, JPG, or WebP logo and hero image. Each file must be 2 MB or smaller.
- Obtain the connection name for each SSO identity provider you want to expose to contributors.
Customize the global Contributor Portal login branding
To customize the Contributor Portal login page in Akeneo PIM:
- Go to System > External access > Contributor Portals.
- Click Settings.
- Set Contributor portal login page branding > Enabled to Yes.
- Optionally upload a file under Upload your logo.
- Optionally upload a file under Upload your hero image. The hero image appears on the right side of the login page; use an image larger than 1600 × 2227 pixels for best results.
- Click Save.
When Enabled is set to No, the hosted login page uses the default Akeneo branding. Login page branding is global and does not change between Contributor Portals.

- Enter the customer-facing Button label displayed on the login page, such as
Sign in with Okta. - Click Add new connection to expose another SSO connection.
- Click Save.
