Apply a logo and branding color to one Contributor Portal so external contributors can recognize the space assigned to their organization. Per-portal branding appears after sign-in and is separate from the global Contributor Portal login page branding.
This feature is in early access. Reach out to your Akeneo contact if you're interested in trying it out.
Before you start
- Your role must include the Manage contributor organizations permission.
- Create the Contributor Portal in Akeneo PIM.
- Prepare a PNG, JPG, or WebP logo that is 2 MB or smaller.
- Choose an accessible six-digit hexadecimal color with sufficient contrast against white.
Configure Contributor Portal branding
To brand one Contributor Portal in Akeneo PIM:
- Go to System > External access > Contributor Portals.
- Open the Contributor Portal.
- Open the Branding tab.
- Upload a file under Upload your logo.
- Enter a hexadecimal value under Define your branding color, such as
#4A8373. - Click Save.
The Contributor Portal displays the logo on its home page. The branding color is applied to interface elements such as titles, navigation icons, and tabs.

The Contributor Portal Branding tab contains the portal logo upload and the hexadecimal branding color used after contributors sign in.
Distinguish portal branding from login branding
Per-portal branding applies to one Contributor Portal after authentication. Contributor portal login page branding is a system-wide setting that applies to the hosted sign-in page for every contributor before their organization is known.
