Run the enrichment
- Open the product you want to enrich.
- Click Ask AI.
- Select the Web-based attribute enrichment configuration you want to use.
- Wait while the AI searches the web. This takes longer than standard generation, usually between 10 and 30 seconds per Attribute.
Review the suggestion
Each proposed value appears in a review card. Before accepting, you can check where the value came from:
- Expand Sources + below the suggestion to see the source websites as clickable links.
- Open the sources if you want to verify the value.
- Click the check mark to accept the value and write it to the product, or the cross to reject it and leave the Attribute unchanged.
Every web-enriched value comes with at least one source, so you can confirm the information before you accept it.

When no value is returned
Sometimes the AI does not propose a value. When this happens, an orange warning appears on the Attribute explaining why. Common reasons include:
- The only usable source was on your list of blocked websites.
- The publisher of the source found does not allow AI use of its content.
- The AI could not find a value backed by a reliable source.
For example, you might see a message such as: “We couldn't find a value for this attribute outside of amazon.com, which is on your blocklist. Try removing it, or enter the value manually.”

Always check the suggestion and its sources before accepting. Web-based attribute enrichment proposes values from public web sources, and you remain in control of what is saved.
