Manage your account

Summary

In Supplier Data Manager (SDM), the My Account page lets you update your personal profile, change your password, set your interface language, and configure email notification preferences. To open it, click My Account at the top right of any SDM screen.

The page is organized into four tabs: Profile, Password, Interface, and Notifications.

Update your profile

The Profile tab in SDM's My Account page lets you update your display name.

  1. Click My Account at the top right of your screen.
  2. Select the Profile tab.
  3. Edit your First name and Last name fields.
  4. Click Save.

If you have staff or admin scope access, a Organization dropdown also appears on this tab, letting you switch the active organization context.

Change your password

To change your password in Supplier Data Manager, go to the Password tab in My Account.

  1. Click My Account at the top right of your screen.
  2. Select the Password tab.
  3. Enter your Current password.
  4. Enter your New password.
  5. Enter the same password again in Confirm password.
  6. Click Update password.

Your new password must be at least 10 characters long and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character. After a successful change, you are automatically logged out for security.

Change your interface language

To change the display language of the Supplier Data Manager interface, go to the Interface tab in My Account.

  1. Click My Account at the top right of your screen.
  2. Select the Interface tab.
  3. In the Language dropdown, select your preferred language.

The language change takes effect immediately across all menus, labels, and messages in SDM. The following languages are available:

  • Czech (čeština)
  • German (Deutsch)
  • English
  • Spanish (Español)
  • French (Français)
  • Italian (Italiano)
  • Dutch (Nederlands)
  • Polish (Polski)
  • Portuguese (Português)

Configure notification preferences

The Notifications tab in SDM's My Account page controls which email alerts you receive. Changes save automatically as you toggle each setting.

  1. Click My Account at the top right of your screen.
  2. Select the Notifications tab.
  3. Toggle each notification on or off:

The available notifications are:

  • When an FTP upload fails — receive an alert when an FTP server fails to process a file.
  • When a supplier uploads a file to the portal — receive an alert when a supplier contributor uploads a product file or media via Supplier Access.
  • When a supplier completes the portal workflow — receive an alert when a supplier contributor completes the last step assigned to their Supplier Access portal.
  • When a job takes longer than X minutes — receive an alert when a job exceeds a processing time threshold you define. When enabled, enter the threshold in minutes (minimum 1 minute; default 16 minutes).

Delete your account

To permanently delete your Supplier Data Manager account, use the Delete account option on the Profile tab.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted.

  1. Click My Account at the top right of your screen.
  2. Select the Profile tab.
  3. Open the More actions menu (⋮) at the top right of the page.
  4. Click Delete account.
  5. In the confirmation dialog, click Delete my account.
