Step-by-step App Activation and Easy App Management

Apps are the newest way to connect Akeneo PIM to other third party tools that you need to run your business. With the new step-by-step activation process you can connect your PIM easier than ever before.

Within the Connect Menu you'll also find a new navigation option called Connected Apps. This is where you'll find all of your Connected Apps after they've been activated. This menu will also allow our you to update Apps permissions without having to go to each Settings Menu. This is an easy one-stop-shop to manage your Apps, all from right within Akeneo PIM.

New API Endpoint to Delete Product Models

Introducing a new API endpoint DELETE /api/rest/v1/product-models/{code}. Quickly and easily delete a given product model with its sub-product models and variant products. This new endpoint, which completes the CRUD operations available through our REST API, allows you to manage product family changes in your PIM with more flexibility and agility. It also eases data synchronization between your sources of data (like your ERP) that leverage our API and your PIM.
