Manage your workflows

Summary

What is a workflow?

A workflow is a pre-configured set of steps that your organization and your suppliers can access to import, clean, and transform data. It can also be called “workflow”, but it is not related to the Akeneo feature “Workflow”.

Overview of your workflows

From your SDM homepage, you can easily consult and manage your workflows through the menu bar on the left. Here’s what you can find:

  • Workflow Overview: The page title displays the total number of workflows currently underway in your organization.
  • Workflow Tiles: Each workflow is represented by a tile, providing key information at a glance:
    • Pending Jobs: Number of pending jobs.
    • Errors: Number of jobs in error, hidden if none.
    • Last Edited Date: Information on when the workflow was last modified.

To view a workflow in detail, simply click on its tile.

When you click on a workflow tile, you will be directed to the workflow overview page. You can manage your workflow effectively through the sub-navigation on the left.

By default, the job listings are pre-filtered to show only your entries, but you can easily uncheck your name to view all jobs in the workflow.

  1. Jobs”: displays all the active jobs and enables you to create a new job by integrating your catalogs.
  2. A “Supplier Access”: displays the supplier's access to the authorized steps, by the workflow.
  3. "Settings": enables you to edit the workflow's name as needed.

Deleting a workflow

At this time, you are unable to delete a workflow directly from your workspace. To remove a workflow, please reach out to your dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM), who can assist you with the deletion process promptly.
