The Workflow Notifications are a powerful addition to Akeneo's Enrichment Workflows, designed to streamline collaboration and boost productivity. This feature empowers users with timely email notifications, ensuring they stay informed and focused on their assigned tasks within the enrichment workflow.
By implementing an automated email notification recap sent by the system to any assigned user on a weekly basis, we aim to assist contributors in remembering their pending tasks according to their assigned workflow steps.
Additionally, this initiative enhances PIM adoption, user onboarding, and engagement, catering to both regular and occasional users, thereby enhancing the overall employee experience.
