Some Akeneo features are subject to annual credit and/or monthly bandwidth consumption. This article explains how these limits work and how you can monitor your usage.

Auto-tagging & High-precision Background Removals

Both Auto-tagging and High-precision background removals consume Assets AI operation credits.

Included credits:
Customers with a PIM Advanced or Premium package receive 100,000 AI operation credits per year. Please note that 1 asset operation = 1 credit. For instance, if you choose to perform 1 high-precision background removal AND auto-tagging, then you'll consume 2 credits. 

Shared credit pool:
These 100,000 credits are shared between the two features.
You can use them however you prefer — for both features, or entirely for just one of them.

Need more credits?
If you reach your monthly limit, you can purchase additional credit packs. Please contact your Customer Success Manager to discuss your options.

Share Assets with our CDN

The Share Assets feature is subject to a monthly bandwidth quota.

Included bandwidth:
Each customer receives a quota of 500 GB of bandwidth per month, no matter the PIM package.

Need more bandwidth?
If your team requires additional capacity, you can purchase extra bandwidth packs. Please contact your Customer Success Manager for more details.

Monitore your usage

You can track your credits and bandwidth consumption directly in the PIM:

Go to:
System > Catalog Volume Monitoring

This section displays the usage of each relevant feature, helping you stay informed about your consumption levels.

Notifications

When your usage reaches specific thresholds or your total limit, a banner notification will automatically appear within your PIM interface to alert you.
