Akeneo PIM edition compatibility

Akeneo Activation is a SaaS syndication app that connects to your Akeneo PIM to push product data to retailers and marketplaces. It is supported on the following Akeneo PIM editions:

Akeneo Activation is best suited to the Enterprise Edition (SaaS), which shares the same modern SaaS infrastructure. Akeneo Activation supports mono-locale, mono-channel, and mono-store configurations, as well as multi-locale, multi-channel, and multi-store configurations.

Prerequisites

To use Akeneo Activation, you need:

• A dedicated Akeneo PIM instance running a supported edition (Enterprise Edition SaaS or Growth Edition).
• Valid credentials for the retailer or marketplace portals you plan to connect to (for example, Amazon Vendor or Amazon Seller Central credentials).
• The Manage/Open App permission enabled for your PIM user account. In the PIM, go to Settings > Roles and confirm this permission is assigned to your role.
