SaaS approach

The Akeneo App for BigCommerce is hosted and maintained directly by Akeneo.
It means that we will be able to deploy regularly new versions of the App as we do for other Akeneo PXM products, but it also means that those features will always be generic in order to fit everyone's needs.

The App uses Akeneo PIM API and the BigCommerce API. It means that the App will not do more than what is possible with the APIs on both sides, but it will help us to maintain the best in class technical approach in terms of scalability, performance and foundations. As the Akeneo App for BigCommerce is a SaaS product, its code source is not accessible.
